Do you purchase your items?
Yes! We purchase everything in bulk pallets and auctions. Every day, a staggering number of packages remain unclaimed or undeliverable due to a multitude of reasons, including incorrect addresses, lack of forwarding information, misdelivery, or failure to collect them within the designated timeframe. These parcels primarily comprise items returned to online retailers, making them the rightful property of these companies. They then resell these items in bulk.
Do you open the boxes?
We open the larger boxes, but do not open the items. We move them into multiple size options to be purchased here on the website.
What type of items are packaged in the boxes you sell?
Although the contents of these packages are usually random, previous customers have discovered a wide variety of items ranging from electronics (such as wireless headphones, computer accessories, phones, gadgets, LED lights, and signs), to books, toys and games, clothing items and accessories, jewelry, shoes, beauty products, personalized items, trendy gift items, tools, home decor, knock-off items, branded merchandise, adult items, and much more. Essentially, if it’s available for sale on an online platform, it’s likely to be found among our unclaimed packages.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
We ship your items out as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 7-14 days from the date of your order before contacting us.
Can I return the items if I do not like what I receive?
All sales are final. We do hope you enjoy the mystery of these fun boxes. The items that may not be to your liking could make a great gift!
